The southwestern Morocco offers a wide variety of local products: Argan oil, dates, prickly pears oil, almonds, olives, all kinds of honey (thyme, leafy ..), 5 couscous grains, served in each trip.
The amlou served for breakfast in the Souss region and oases (honey, almonds, argan oil) is delicious!
The full couscous served with camel milk is a tasty and inevitable discovery.
Not to mention the seafood, silver croaker, excellent fish, seabass, seabream … oysters Dakhla .. Fresh fish every hour on the coast of the Atlantic Sahara!
Several women’s cooperatives are active, it is possible to visit and buy local products on site.
In collaboration with our partner Arômessence, we support four women’s cooperatives that produce essential oils, Argan oil, couscous, and products made from prickly pears.
